Academics
Since Bluff Chistian Academy began in January 2000, our educators and students have used an individualised system of learning as provided by a local supplier of LTSM. Our grade 12 students were issued a certificate based on continual assessment which allowed them to apply to study at South African Universities. However, the entry requirements for universities in SA have changed. Thus the BCA School Board made the decision to change to the more conventional style of teaching.
Beginning in January 2012, BCA has adopted conventional teaching styles in all our classes. Our class sizes are small and our professional teachers are born-again, Spirit-filled individuals whose goal it is to see each child entrusted to them achieves their God-given potential. Working closely together with parents and guardians, our staff desire to "train up a child in the way he should go" Proverbs 22:6
