A student’s attitude, conversation, behavior and character must at all times be such as to:
Promote the Christian values Bluff Christian Academy believes in and upholds. This is reflected in the Standard of Conduct form, which all students fill in and sign.
Discipline is what is done for a child, not what is done to him. Bluff Christian Academy believes that the Biblical implication of discipline is to make the children want to do right. This can take the form of praise, encouragement, reward, withholding privileges or spanking.
GENERAL
Bluff Christian Academy recognizes that it cannot meet the educational needs of all children. Some children do not adjust to the disciplined, academic environment and find excuses to criticize the policies and decisions of the staff and administration. In such cases, the school reserves the right to have full discretion in discipline. Such learners may be placed on probation for a reasonable, corrective period of time. Learners who do not cooperate with the total educational process will be requested to withdraw, or dismissed.
